Pastor Mark Madigan has been serving as the senior pastor of Emmanuel since September 2021. He met his wife, Barbara, over 37 years ago while both were working as youth workers for Toronto City Mission in Toronto, Ontario. They were married on July 25, 1987.
Pastor Mark and Barbara have two daughters. Their eldest, Lydia Ruth Muthusamy, born on August 31, 1988, is married to Elango. They have two daughters, Hadassah (10) and Hanna (8), and currently reside in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Their younger daughter, Chelsea Joann Aalders-Madigan, is 24 years old and lives in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
Pastor Mark is a dedicated and passionate leader, committed to fulfilling God's call to shepherd His people and equip the church to actively participate in His mission. His focus is on teaching, guiding, and fostering a community that reflects the love of the Father, follows the Holy Spirit's leading, and fulfills Jesus' command to make disciples.
Pastor Mark and Barbara both have a deep love for people and a genuine desire to get to know each person they meet. Their hearts are open to building meaningful relationships as they seek to shepherd and care for those around them.
